Our firm is no longer affiliated with Ragan & Ragan PC in New Jersey, a New Jersey based law firm with the same name. Previously we were part of the New Jersey firm, handling Georgia only accounts. We now handle the Georgia accounts through our firm here in Georgia.

TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

To set up a payment plan, or settle an account for a one-time payment, you must first contact our office to obtain an agreement on a payment plan or settlement. Processing a payment through our payment portal without having an agreement with our office may not result in our acceptance of an unsolicited payment arrangement or settlement. You may call in a payment over the phone, or mail payments to our office. There is no fee for making payments via any method listed herein. You will also need your Ragan & Ragan file number (Example: GA998877) for your account to make a payment on our payment portal. If you do not have your R&R file number, contact us via email or by phone.
